CORECOOL 3.2.15 FEATURES:
- Foot Print Dimensions: 52″ length x 24″ wide x 36″ height
- 15 GPM units with programmable pressures up to 400 PSI
- Allen Bradley Compact Logix Programmable Control System with variable speed drive.
- Supply up to 30 Cooling Circuits (Number of circuits dependent on the inside diameter of cooling tube utilized. System capacity calculated utilizing 1.6 mm cooling tubes at 300 PSI)
- Cycle controlled by discrete I/O or Network connection.
- 50 micron air filtration with mist separator.
- 50 micron water filtration.
- Water Filter monitoring system.
- Broken core detection system
- Individual core flow monitoring (Purchased Option)
- 4 Timed Cooling Zones (Additional Zones Can be Purchased as an Option)
- UL and CSA certification (Supplied when requested)
- Ultra high velocity pump delivers cooling water at material solidification
- “Velocity” is key to removing BTU’s quickly
- Removing BTU’s must be accomplished quickly to control shrinkage of material during solidification
- Quick solidification of material does not allow chemical reaction with mold material (Solder)
- Ultra high velocity pump with does not allow time for water to boil (Vapor Lock), a problem with older jet cooling technology.
- Ultra high velocity jet cool pump does not allow mineral deposits to build internally and detiorate cooling
- Air purge is only to control cooling
